The Family Excellence Circle (FEC) programme started in 2017 as a continuation of the Empowering and Caring Family (ECF) programme. The programme structure for FEC is as follows:

4 learning journeys

2 bonding sessions

The aim of these planned activities is to encourage life-long learning, instil family values, and to empower the families.

In 2017, 60 participants were selected, forming 5 groups in total.
